What kind of lodging is right for you?
The Haus Markus vacation apartment in Fügen can accommodate up to 4 people and features approximately 60 m² of living space, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking, and a central location.
The Zeller vacation home on Stummerberg is ideal for families and groups looking for plenty of space, privacy, a garden, a patio, a balcony, and a quiet, sunny location.
Booking Your Stay Is This Easy
Check the availability of your desired accommodation online or send us a non-binding inquiry. We’ll contact you personally to answer any questions you may have about dates, the number of guests, amenities, and how to get there. That way, you’ll know exactly which accommodation is best suited for your vacation even before you book.
Reservation and Deposit
Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will receive an email from us with all payment details. The deposit is due on the day of booking and will be communicated to you via email. Please pay the remaining balance no later than 7 days before your arrival.
Prices and Included Services
All prices include bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking. Local taxes and a final cleaning fee apply separately. You can view the exact terms and conditions directly during the booking process or receive them with your personalized quote.
Cancellation
Cancellations are valid only if made in writing. The following deadlines apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund available
In the event of early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged, as we have reserved the accommodation for you.
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance, for example from European Travel Insurance.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, your accommodations will be available starting at 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate the house or apartment by 9:00 a.m.
Check-in with a key box
You'll find a key box right outside the house or apartment. We'll give you the code by phone at +43 664 4838448. You can reach us at the same number if you have any issues during check-in.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
Both accommodations are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in the Haus Markus vacation apartment, or are permitted only upon request. For families, a crib and high chair can be provided based on availability. At the Zeller vacation home, we recommend bringing appropriate winter gear for your trip during the winter, depending on weather conditions.
